• ACT Laboratories tests are in compliance with the requirements set forth by the Ohio Department of Commerce Medical Marijuana Control Program(MMCP).
• If a sample of cannabis does not pass all state-required tests based on the standards set forth in regulations it must be reformulated, remediated, or destroyed, depending on the nature of the non-conformance. All results will be reported through the state seed-to-sale tracking system and our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
